All products purchased will be shipped to the provided address within 2-4 business days. Orders will not be delivered on national and public holidays. The timeline for delivery, from dispatch to receipt, will be subject to environmental and external factors and is typically within 7-10 working days. During busy periods, delivery times may be extended or delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience during such times. In case of regular delays, our customer service team will contact you immediately to provide an update on your shipment.

Rates

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee determined at checkout. Online CBD Store reserves the right to amend shipping rates without prior notice to customers.

Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their order is ready for delivery. The email will include a tracking ID for easy tracking of the shipment. Return shipments are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping charges will apply. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Order Cancellation and Refund

Orders that have been processed and packed for shipping cannot be cancelled. Customers can cancel their order within 3 hours of confirmation or change their order within 12 hours of placement.
