Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
All CBD products are consumables and cannot be resold once they have been opened. Therefore, any items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email and include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the item(s) in good condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may apply for a refund for most items purchased on the Southern CBD Company Store within the return window, except those specifically marked as non-returnable on the product detail page. Products are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, missing accessories or parts, or if they differ from the original description provided on the product detail page.
Refund Processing Time
Once the refund is initiated, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to refund the full amount to the original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days to process the request.
Return Terms for Southern CBD Company Store Purchases:
- Purchases made on Southern CBD Company Store can be returned via mail.
- Purchases made on Southern CBD Company Store should only be returned to Southern CBD Company Store.
- You must have a packing slip or original receipt to apply for a return.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
